Bison Lasagna!!!

Another mouth watering installment of Big Rock Bison’s “How to for you!”

So this is a variation of my favorite mother in laws recipe of course subbing in 100% Pure Bison Ground for Beef. Again, remember I do not measure as a rule but did my best to control myself and actually dig our my measuring spoons

2 cloves crushed garlic 2 medium onion chopped 1 package fresh mushrooms 3 stalks of celery finely chopped sauté these in coconut oil until soft.

Add

1.5lbs Big Rock Bison Ground and brown

Add

Salt and pepper to taste Italian seasoning to taste. I used 2 tbsp of a mix of oregano and basil 1 can diced tomato 1 can tomato paste 1 Jar favorite pasta sauce

Let bubble for a bit and get your oven ready lasagna noodles out and your biggest glass pan

Layer sauce, noodles, parm sauce, noodles, parm sauce, noodles, parm and then top with motz cheese and parsley.

This is also really tasty with cottage cheese in the layers, I just happened to forget to grab it when shopping.

Bake at 350 for approx. 45-50 min. Let set for 30ish min and serve. !
